The Black Ice swimming club has now got a new section on our website for sponsorship. The money generated from this will go back into managing the site and purchasing an advertising banner with our sponsors names on it.
This club is a strictly non profit organisation and sponsorships will be $100.00. All businesses will have their logos displayed on the page with a link to their website. We have already received a lot of interest, so it's not too late to show your support. If you are interested, please send us an email for futher info.
Next weekend is our annual trip to Perth for the Rottnest Island Swim where twelve Black-Ice members will be competing. Anyone staying in Melbourne, please contact Yvonne to join her in the Saturday morning swim .
The Rotto swim is a strictly non wetsuit event, with all swimmers competing on an even playing field. That gives us a better chance with one of our members, (Ollie) right up there to win the race.
