I arrived in Dover yesterday without my luggage. After nearly three days in the same clothes, my suitcase has just arrived.
John called me today and he will be in Dover tomorrow night to start some serious training.

Now that I have my suitcase, I can charge my new camera and hopefully learn how to install photos on our site.
The weather has been very poor in Dover for the last few weeks but today has been good enough for a few solo attempts. About five hours into their swims, the wind has picked up so it will be interesting to see how they fare.
Terry: I’m sorry I have not answered your question on the water temp but I have only just found my swimming gear. Tomorrow, I will be in for my first dip and then have an answer.
